I dance like this in motion on public transportation bus train without holding on I been trying to explain this for years but this is wat I do weight management I do this while listening to music..Without holding on .. hands can do anything …. do all those movements and some Deff learned how to dance by feeling motion under the feet

Posture is a whole realm of science; there is a proper posture but the body will accommodate improper posture ; just watch how people walk (Gait) and you may see what you do wrong. Alex is saying keep the "Center of Gravity" and "Center of Levitation" aligned;this lecture could go on for hours ;

MargaretsJourney thank you very much I really appreciate your kind words and thank you for your question. The goal is to be able to recognize where your weight is (to became more aware of it ), and if it is too far beck, shift it to the right place. Usually the right place it is point 2 ore 3. Of course when we move we actually going through all 5 points , but the finishing point (point of stationary balance)is most of the time 2 or 3 😊
