not over 30 yr, but turned 22 a month ago and a few things i wrote as lessons from the past year: - inaction is action. - you don’t have to fight to be loved - don’t be afraid to be seen trying - the way you do anything is the way you do everything - we pick people that reinforce our wounds subconsciously as a way to try rewrite the ending

Things that I've said and done for myself in my late 20's going into my 30's - people's opinions are none of my business - when someone shows you who they are, believe them - do things that feed my soul - solo travel - you accept the love you think you deserve - keep your inner circle small - always turn negativity into something positive, whether it be what you say to yourself to how you speak and approach people and situations - heal your traumas In your 30's you truly find yourself and what you will and will not tolerate. It's a really freeing time

I'm almost 34 and honestly my 30s so far have been so much better than my 20s. I just feel like I'm so much more myself now than I was 10 and even 5 years ago. Alisha is right: at some point, you just get exhausted of caring and do things for yourself, and it is life changing. If I had one piece of advice it would probably just be to do the things you love with the people that make you feel the best. It sounds simple, but once you get rid of the "excess" relationships and things that realize you were doing to please other people, and find the things and people that make you feel like your authentic self, that's when you experience real joy!

As someone who has been 31 for 3 months...I continue to forget that I am indeed NOT 30 anymore. I have forgotten to the point that I one day said I'm 29. I'm not sure if it is the result of the pandemic, maybe my brain thinks I'm aging backwards? So I definitely understand the Alisha saying-- "I recently turned 30" and realizing she is almost 31.

Im turning 30 in September and even though Im under 30 Im married and been through a lot so I’ll give adivice😅 1. dont lower your standards for anyone 2. Be yourself so you meet someone who likes the real you 3. Jealousy is a real thing so dont tell everyone your secrets 4. Enjoy being single, you won’t be forever and you will miss when you were 5. If your man doesnt like your friends then he isn’t the one because your man should like your friends if he likes you, now if he senses a bad vibe or energy from one then maybe you also need to look back on that friend lol because some people dont see mistakes from people they care about 6. Do what you want to do, Ive always wanted to start a youtube channel but I always thought I was too old and now I have family telling me I should but I still think im old to start now lol and speaking of that… 7. We ALL have insecurities so don’t think that theres something wrong with you because you’re insecure about something 8. Have fun, live your life how you want to, and enjoy every single moment and if you’re having a bad moment think of it as a bad moment and not a bad day, don’t ruin your day because of a little moment. Life is short and we need to live it the best we can! ❤
