You can make those air fryer chips really tasty by brushing them with lime juice and sprinkling with garlic or chili. Doesn't add anything but flavor. Use a pastry brush and paint the tortillas before cutting them.

For the popcorn one, I use a little air popped cup thing that I bought on amazon, and spray the popcorn with lemon juice when it's done. I can eat a mountain of it and it's only like 100 calories because I don't use oil or anything else and it's delicious

Eat the popcorn smartpop is low calorie. Also you can eat low calorie ice-cream. The tortilla chip is a good idea.

You always make me feel better and hopeful about me being able to improve my eating ways :) however I can't help but miss a good swap for chocolate. Especially when PMS comes around the corner.. how do you deal with chocolate cravings? It's a triple threat as well but a banana oat cookie wouldn't satisfy this craving for me.

Triple threat! Frozen fruit at night has been a game changer for me! Especially the red grapes + frozen cherries too I used to like the mint chip nada moo - but would feel terrible after. Don’t miss it at all. I make those little date energy bites when I want a cookie! The banana, oats and cin also sounds great🍪 That kabocha squash dish you made looks bomb!! Triple Threat! Oh my! Such a good explanation as to why I 💚 cookies! Plus they are portable, which makes them easy to grab and go. I think that also makes it easier to eat without a thought about satisfaction or fullness. And if your brain is on dopamine saying - yes! yes! yes! - you are not taking time to enjoy and listen to your body's cues.
