Lauren Ostrowski Fenton hi Lauren could you direct me towards a video of yours that can be used for short breaks in my day. I have recently lost my mother to cancer and find it helpful to take a short break out of my day to reflect on it and just to calm myself down however I don’t want to spend to long doing it. Something around 15 minutes would be great. If you have any recommendations I would appreciate it. Thanks-joe

Oh, I am so very very sorry. Joe, I have done several ten-minute videos I just went through some of them but I'm not sure that any are good enough...they were done two years ago before I knew much about editing. Type these keywords into you tube search bar 'lauren ostrowski fenton ten minutes' but I feel my more recent are better quality. I am so so very sorry for your loss. I suggest you try the audio 'Rest' and use ten minutes of it at a time. 'Sending you love and empathy. xx Lauren

Ty Lauren again im really really having a hard time sleeping but your meditations are helping me the problem i have is staying asleep. Accepting change and situations IS tough! But true we don't ha e control over all our circumstances. I believe life is a learning experience to evolve our souls adversity helps advance the process!! But so hard!! This is soooo helpful for my grief too because it comes out in my insomnia and my food and I put on a lot of weight and it’s very necessary to keep losing and to be healthy again. It’s so hard to self care with the survivors guilt. But it’s time.
