This was so informative! I have such a messed up sleep. My spine from T2 down is metal. So I toss and turn constantly. If you see can you forgo the duvet and just insert it in your own? Of course sewing in button loops to keep it in place.

Was looking for a review of the Aricove Weight Blanket, as it sounded like it would best meet my priorities: "Cool" via breathability > excessive emphasis on wicking surface material, but not open weave, washable and "weighted material" that stays in place. Thank You =)

Random question - is weighted blanket safe for my yorkie who likes to sleep underneath the blanket?

That’s a good question! Probably something you should ask the manufacturer. My 20lb beagle loves sleeping under mine and she’s fine! The websites say to not use them for children... could your pup just sleep under the top cover and not the weighted blanket?
