I love how relatable Joon hyung's character in this drama is. He has a great face and personality and a sad back story. The reason why they are a perfect couple is because Bok Ju is warm, comforting and a positive energy for him while Joon hyung is supportive towards her, her family and her dream. They are friends before becoming lovers. They are straight forward with their feelings and they compliment each other. It's a lovely ride watching the drama until the end :')

One of the most heartbreaking scenes ever in Weightlifting Fairy, Kim Bok-joo. Both actors nailed it perfectly, especially Nam Joo-hyuk! I understand how Jung Joon-hyung felt. It's so hurt to see a broken child like him who is abandoned by his mother as a little kid. But i'm glad that he was raised with so much love and comfort by his aunt and uncle, and even had his cousin who treats him as his own brother. Joon-hyung deserves all the love and attention every child needs.

I guess that his mom come back not because she felt sorry after abandoned him but actually because of money. That's why he feels more ashamed by his mother and it's more hurtful rather than when his mother abandon him. Or it can be that his mom abandoned him because of money..
