Dang dude, I ran the Toshiki squats my last block. I only did it once a week. Was challenging but fun, might try it again. I did 75/50% for it

Honestly 75/50% sounds a little more realistic. I've heard "twice is nice" meaning squatting 2 times a week and you will see gains. I ran Clarence's Squat program and it was 5 times a week for 10 weeks. Made an 18kg PR but my knees were feeling it for sure

It's hard me to fathom Toshiki did as much squatting as he claimed he did. Of course, the "supplements" helped him a ton as well as him being a gifted squatter. But doing that absurd amount of volume seems unrealistic for anyone, even with proper "supplementation" to complete and make progress on.

Lol yeah I agree. It's the same thing with Clarence's Squat program I did. 5 days a week just isn't sustainable without the juice
