Cambei has the best efficiency among all women in EWC 23. With the total of 198 kg and bodyweight of 49 kg, she lifted more than 4 times her own BW (4.04).

​​@@alubchicken no not really. Its way easier for lighter guys to do that. Ilya did that only because he is a male lifter compared to cambei being a female. Male 61s can do over 5 times bw and just not even get a win. You dont ever see over 4 times bw totals from heavier females. Imagine a 76kg woman totalling 304kg. Its basically impossible whereas a 4 times bw total as a 49kg wont even guarantee you a win in the worlds.

I feel like Cambeis walk around weight is significantly heavier than alot of these pther competitors. Which is dope, considering her coaches ability to get her back to legal weight for comp, without draining all the nutrients out. The strength profile is just crazy

struggling to see why you would send the athlete out right away after they passed out. I know that other lady won a medal after passing out, but very little rest.. seems more risk than reward.

@@DariusJones05 Shouldn't be that way. As a coach or trainer you have the responsibility for your athlete. If he sees the athlete isn't in any shape to compete, then I don't care if the athlete wants to go and do it again--safety first.
