There is a programm which shows you the speed, including accelerating of the bar as well as the speed to dive under the bar, so there is no question left how to measure it

Akkaev was a beast at the 2011 world champs the battle him vs klokov was amazing akkaev's coach wanted him to go to the super heavyweights he would have been interesting at 105kg+ weighing 115kg-120kg as weighing 107kg he did 210kg snatch and 245kg c&j in training
