Allie sorry for the loss of your sister. That is so traumatic and may also contribute to your hair loss as well as your surgery. I lost a lot of hair after loosing a family member and being in charge of funeral and estate. Grieving is a process and everyone is different. I am glad you are making your way forward and controlling what you can. Your hair will grow back. It took me about a year to have my full head of hair. Those products look great and will help.

I lost a lot hair rapidly a few years ago after a really bad strep infection. It can be really jarring and can really mess with you. I started wearing a wig and it made me feel so much better.

I just lost my dad in august after a long illness. My heart is with you. But please don't beat yourself up for the shopping. We need an outlet when we grieve and shopping is it for me too. Just don't be hard on yourself. You will get through this but it'll take some time so please go easy on yourself.

Hey Ale I’m a Vegas FA with the same airline as you. I had that surgery about 8 years ago. No regrets. Before being an FA I was an Educator in Cosmetology. Let me tell you that taking hair vitamins will need to be a forever commitment for you. I quit taking them once and lost more than half my hair again. Years after the surgery. I’m excited about your hair treatments but if you ever want an affordable option that I have used for years and found on Amazon let me know.

I'm sorry for the loss of your sister. Devasting! Keep relying on your faith in your heavenly Father. For hair regrowth, try: eating Brazilian nuts, use a clarifying shampoo 1x a week, massage your scalp every day. Bringing blood flow to the scalp is beneficial. Do it throughout the day whenever you think of it, sitting at red lights, every commercial when watching tv, etc. I have been using Vegamour for 1 year now & it has really worked. I only use the Serum. I can't imagine what growth would be like if I used the whole system. Please update us on the cc red light therapy.

First of all you look gorgeous and I am so sorry for your loss. I've been there so many times and as they say, the hurt never goes away it just comes less often. When it does come, there will be a time when you smile remember you sister. Second, I was wondering if you are still using invisalign. I am thinking about it vs. regular clear braces and I wanted your take on cost and efficiency. I am leaning towards traditional braces becuase it's less expensive and seems like much less of a hastle. Take care, praying for you and keep posting. John

I have that exact helmet from iRestore and I can tell you it works. I had a bald spot from having Covid. It took about six months and it worked. My hair has grown back but also I used a hair oil with rosemary and it definitely works.

Allie you look amazing. Thank you for sharing your weight loss journey. I have one question. What about skin? Like do you have sagging skin? I am 5’3 at 215LB’s and I have the same problem you had. I eat my feelings 😢 But I am trying to eat better and I do walk a lot. I work at ORD AA ramp though, but you know working at the airport in general is a lot of walking. And I do plan to go to the gym. The hubby and I a truing to do it naturally. But because he has to because he is a big guy and now his body can’t handle is old ways of eating and life style. After the surgery when you had to do your liquid and puréed and soft food diet was it hard to be around the rest of your family when they were eating normal food?
