I see that same issue on weil McClain boilers sometimes its the actual relay socket so I rip it all out and put in a rib relay knock out both issues

It’s strange how those relays seem to last forever with a blower motor and such but they seem to fail often on circulators with a measly 1 amp draw.

the circulators seem to have a larger back EMF voltage spike, which of course eats the contacts quicker since it arcs harder/further on break than a blower motor.
