I know this isn't related to the subject besides the name, but My grandfather was born in the Republic Of Weimar in 1919. When I was young he told me that the country he was born in no longer existed. Being very young, I imagined the country just kinda disappeared somehow. I couldn't comprehend that we were in the same place, but only the name of the country has been changed. He argue with me about it because I would tell people that his country has disappeared, and that only him remained. Sorry if it was off topic, but when I see Weimar, I can't help but think about that story and my long gone grandfather. I don't know why so few talk about these subjects, because it's interesting.
