The hole in the ice that looks blasted out is just a natural spring flowing up from under ground. The redish moving thing is sediment that is constantly being pushed up and pulled back down from gravity. The blasted ice affect happens from moisture/precipitation accumulating around it since its slightly warmer than outside air. Ive seen this before.

I was once coming out of my house in Norwich, it was in the evening and was nearly knocked over by a stunning sunset of what I can only describe as hundreds of little sailing vessel clouds all in red, with their sails curled spread out as far as the eye could see, in glorious red and orange and yellow, no painting could ever do it justice, of that magic evening.

I've seen the little fairy thing. It made me and my son question our sanity. It was on my front porch hiding and was stunned by my spring cleaning with the water hose, took flight right towards me and shocked the heck out of me. I stood in disbelief. Then it flew to my son in the yard and as I yelled to him to look, it disappeared into the ground. He saw it, but it literally disappeared and was nowhere to be found. We searched and searched. It had a head like a tiny person but not cute. It had long little legs, wings of course and a little body like a person. It flew very fast but I was able to see that it was not a bug because it had legs like a person and it shimmered in the sunlight, sort of glowing. I had forgotten about this until now. Strange things indeed.

I had the same thing happen! I moved the Living Room Furniture around, about two days before, and my husband said he wasn't sure he cared for it. I had moved the sofa from in front of the window that the lightning came under. My husband was laying back on the sofa watching Football, I was in bed (above the living room) because I worked Nightshift at the Hospital, and one of our sons was in bed. When the lightning bolt hit, and came through, just under the window (where the Sofa had been), my husband was thrown across the room, I was thrown out of bed, into a Dresser, and my son (on the other side of the house) was also tossed out of bed, and came running to my room. We ran downstairs, just as my husband was running out of the Living Room. Our Coffee Table had Marble insets, and both went up in the air, and down, rough side up, and landed right where they were supposed to be.about a month later, I was walking by the Fireplace and something caught my eye to a Sconce on the one side. I looked at the other sconce, and was shocked. Both Sconces on either wall next to the fireplace, had 10 inch Tapered Candles in glass Hurricane Lamps...and both candles were 'upside down' in the wells, perfectly...just not on tight. I was shocked. Oh, my husband said he loved where I moved the couch to. Funny how we can get those sudden urges to move something, and we just have to move it, 'now' ? So grateful that I got that urge, and followed through, because that lightning could have seriously mamed or even killed him.thank GOD for huge favours 🌹

17:22 is a natural spring. The water is warmer underground, and moving, which melted the ice. The orange colored spot in the middle is sandy sediment, the darker is leaf debris being pushed aside by the water rising, and falling back. This creates a "boiling" effect.

In 2010 I was in the Carribean and saw something like what you described. It landed on the desk that I was sitting at. It looked like a little flying fairie but smaller than a butterfly. It was so surreal I just sat there watching it until it flew off. Unfortunately I didn't have a cell phone as I was in the rainforest with no service even if I had one. I was also by myself so I had no witnesses. This is the first time I have ever voiced it. I had to after reading your comment.

@VTrucker777 I'm no longer in the Caribbean. I was so amazed at what I was looking at that I sat there frozen. I guess it was an insect, but it also looked like a tiny person with wings. I was living in a rainforest at the time. Who knows what it could have been. All I know is I was looking at something very unique. And will most likely never see it again.

If I see a butterfly I first notice the huge wings and if it sits ner me I might see it for the creepy or cute little bug it is while cleaning itself.. How did it move? @majamannhard443 The wings were translucent and not big like a butterfly. They were more slender. There were only four legs. It had a yellow tint to it. It didn't do much while on the desk. I got the impression that it was studying me as much as I was it. It stayed there for about two minutes. It was very surreal. I remember saying out loud to it, "You'll look like a little person. And suddenly it just left, that quick it was gone. I didn't see its flight. Nor have I ever seen anything like it again. Thanks for your inquiry and not scoffing at me. I wish I could recall more about it.

@doxiegill, Man, that sucks. I feel for you. Do you have any idea what could cause that? I just want to tell you to give Gabapentin a try. There’s also Lyrica. Try a Neurologist, Spine and Pain Doctor and a Chiropractor. One thing that helped me was Cymbalta. Cymbalta actually helped me within 4 days and not the 30 days that you’re supposed to wait.

I am from Germany. My mother told me that when she was a teenager, she was chased down the street by a Kugelblitz (that's the German word for lightning ball). I'm 60 years old and I remember my grandparents telling stories about lightning balls when I was like 5 or 6. It scared me the way they told it. My mom confirmed yes it would come down from the sky and just "roll" down the road. Now that many years ago there were no computers or CGI for people to use. Honestly I had relegated that to the back of my mind but instantly recognized it when you showed the video. It was awesome to see them so now I have the real image to go along with their stories. We were outside late at night , 2 or 3 yrs ago and heard something similar. We just looked at each other with mouths hanging open and both saying " WTF is THAT ?" About fairies... About two years ago, I was having a coffee for breakfast with a friend on a small terrace in the backyard of a cafe'. We were the only clients sitting outside. Suddenly we saw what looked like a big white butterfly (10cm / 4 inches of height) coming from my left, then flying in between us and turning around while passing at about 30cm (a foot) from my face. But hey... it was not a butterfly 😶 When it turned around, it was looking like a little white humanoid with head, two long skinny legs and two long skinny arms, similar to the "fossil" rocks you showed but the wings seemed larger compared to the body. My friend saw it too, but only from behind the wings while I was seeing the full figure. It was flying with the body almost perpendicular to the ground and, after passing in between us, it went straight towards the wall which was partially covered by an ivy bush and never came out. We looked at each other and asked "WTF... Did you see that???" and we kept staring at the wall, it never came out from the ivy. Gone. Super weird... I have had close UFO encounters since I was a child and witnessed plenty of strange stuff (also catching some on video) for decades, but this was definitely one of the wildest things I have ever seen, with another witness and from so close.

Hi Ben, we were driving through rural Australia and I noticed something bright through the top of the windscreen. It became larger and was heading toward the ground. When I had a closer view it was a ball of fire with a long flame trailing behind it. I don’t often see much except in the night sky, just an occasional falling star. Fleeting and quick. Would love to see a UFO, but so far no luck. We were amazed at what we were witnessing. We rang our emergency service as we saw it disappear behind a tree line into farm lands and were concerned about it starting a fire as we were in our summer fire season and multiple states go up in flames each year. The local police to the area went to the spot we described and said there was no fire but a rather large lake which we couldn’t see behind the trees. The lake was part of a large property that grazed cattle. It was fantabulous to see, I’ll never forget it. So bright in the sky, so large that you could see the ball of flames and the flame that was the tail. Incrediblah. Was so surprised I didn’t think of getting my camera out. What a missed opportunity that was. That blue light in the water is amazing and what ever was swimming. Night diving doesn’t look like that. And there would have to be a boat near by that shines light on the water for the divers to return to. 🐨👏🏼Thanks again, love your work. it has to do with atmosphere - earth has, heats meteor on entry, moon doesn't. Crust density - earth is multiple rock elements and compositions , moon is pretty much one, dense rock surface with "dust covering". Also unlike earth due to size and atmosphere, ricochet impacts on the moon leave round craters like direct impacts. Also craters on the moon do have different size and depth but in comparison to earth are less in variations. hope this helps

The public has actually been taking UFOs seriously since the 1950s. before the Air Force told people that there is nothing to it and if you thought there was then you’re a crackpot. then after that for a few decades people started, to not take it seriously until recently.

I saw a very similar thing as your video in Hawaii. Except it was at night, a few nights ago in Australia. I was looking up at the stars, all of a sudden a dot that looked like a star, suddenly got very large, a solid white sphere in a flash, then a dot streaking across the night sky at incredible speed, forming a streak of light.

Ball lightning is a real thing.When i was about 15 years old i was watching a thunder storm from my bedroom window at about 8pm at night and there was a lightning strike 2 houses away. Then there was a bright blue ball that came from the lightning strike and floated in the next door yard and bounced along the fibro roof of the house about 20 ft from me touched the tv antenna and exploded in a shower of sparks ,Scared the crap out of me , my parents didn't believe me what the bang was when i told them ,Next day the people next door said there was a bang in their TV and it was smoking .Cheers from Australia.

Hi Ben, Love your Channel. I live close to Falmouth and for a few months about 10 years ago, at around 15.00 hrs I would hear that same strange humming sound. I thought maybe it was coming from Falmouth Docks. However, it reverberated all around us and my son also could hear it. It drove me mad, then suddenly it disappeared and I've never heard it again. Apparently, there was a phenomenon known as "The Hum", think there maybe a few uploads still on KZbin from way back then. Thanks for keeping us laughing and intrigued. That "meteor shower" looks a lot like a satellite/spacecraft re-entry to me. Check shuttle Columbia disaster for the same kind of thing. Seeing something weird in the sky? Check space launches and re-entries like SpaceX boostbacks and whatnot. They look very strange, yet suddenly make sense when you know what's happening.

Ball lightening is really common, especially in wooded areas near train tracks. They're what we used to refer to as Will o wisps in the UK. Seen a few myself :)

If you want to see something weird, go to Hawaii or any near-equatorial area during one of the equinoxes, around noon, when the sun is directly above the earth and there are no shadows. It tripped me out as a kid. They even tried to explain it to our third grade class.

I remember once walking home from a bar when I turned a corner & climbed these stairs. I didn’t see anything until I got to the top where I saw the moon low on the horizon. What was strange about it was how massive & close it appeared appeared. I even questioned whether I was actually seeing the moon. It was like hundreds of times more massive than normal.

That’s an optical illusion coz you’re seeing it close to the horizon in comparison to everything else as opposed to in the sky which is so big you have nothing to compare it with. If you had a ruler you could measure the size of it on the horizon and a few hours later when it’s up in the sky and it would be the same size. It always looks like that low on the horizon when it’s rising

I can remember my Grandma talking about lightning striking her home and a ball of electricity shooting out from an outlet and it was moving around their home. She was scared of thunderstorms with lightning for that reason. She would also never talk on a phone during a storm either or take a shower or bath then. It definitely scared her. The hole in the ice with the water moving is just an underground spring coming up, the water is warmer than he pond water because it is coming out of the earth . The pond i lived on had 2 springs that did this in the winter .
