Byron was my all time favorite Laker. I know he was just a role player, but I loved his game. His jumper was so sweet, he would pull a jumper at any given time and catch fire.

he was better than a "role player"...he led the Lakers in scoring in their 1987-88 championship season...

Kurt Rambis was a role player, Scott was a starter for 10 years.

Couldn't have summed it up better myself. This guy NPZ is unreal. I laugh at other supposedly "elite" uploaders (e.g. LD2K). They just don't have the footage to compete.

This interview is awesome! It's so funny to see how politically incorrect celebrities or sports stars could be back then as compared to today

(in Mitch's voice) Ladies and gentleman, thank you for being here on such a short notice. We are here today, to introduce the newest Los Angeles Lakers head coach... Byron Scott. We, of course, have known Byron for 20 some odd years, and felt that this was a good fit for the organization moving forward at this time.

The journalist has poor people skills and has no cultural sensitivity. Which made it hard for him to relate to his guest. That's what makes this interview "weird." Byron Scott was still kind and handled himself well. Especially considering how young Mr. Scott was at the time.

A lot of arrogance if you think you other races aren't 'tougher' than yours. The more aggressive you are as a man, the more likely you'll physically abuse other people including your own wife and your own kids which can lead to divorce/abandonment/seperation and going to jail.

4:02. This is prolly one of the biggest differences between black and white. Or anyone and white. Roy was not offended. I wasn’t offended. But if someone that was white made a comment similar to this, it’s considered racist. I understand that there are ways that black people will actually be trying to complement a person while using racial comments. This was not one of them. This was implying whites are soft and watch soaps. I’m white andI’ve never watched a soap in my life. None of my whites friends do. A couple of my black friends however watch keeping up with the kardashians. I guess there is a different way white people react to sly racist comments by other races. Again, I’m not offended by B Scott. I actually respect him and trust his integrity. Just made me think tho, how today, in this over sensitive environment, it sounded similar to what I’ve heard white people say, and get in trouble for it.

It depends on a man who actually enjoys watching soaps. Most men watch it with their wives or gf's. In general, a low percentage of men watches soaps by themselves.
