Spam is my jam! I have a can of maple-flavored Spam in my pantry ATM and I'm dying to try it. I never would have guessed cheese. But it does look excellent, although I can never bring myself to eat the rind.

I still can't do ginger, I love most all Asian cuisine's but I usually omit when cooking (I will eat it if I have to in restaurants). Not that it matters but can't do olives, goat cheese.. and the big one... Kimchi. I've tried. I love recipes with fish sauce etc. I guess I'm not a proponent of vinegar that much in general. Salad dressings and ketchup.. about it. Great video. I do have to say your "kitchen" background actually looks like your in one. Somehow reminds me of the one Chris Cho uses from time to time. I think I would feel strange in a van on a very flat plane like that. Not sure why. I think trees around makes me feel hidden. I for some reason like it when you cook, lol. I just like to see what you do with what you have or get. Take care!
