It took James Bond to make him a world star?..... Geez, I don't know about that. Dalton was already well known for his many roles. He was absolutely unforgettable in Charlotte Bronte's "Jane Eyre" playing Edward Rochester, not to mention his portrayal as Heathcliff in "Wuthering Heights." Timothy was in a lot of period films, and he stood out as a real talent, who had already become one of our very favourite actors. By the time the Bond role came along, we thought finally, now we will have a bond as likeable and as convincing in the part as Sean Connery. I thought Roger Moore was terrible. He didn't look menacing enough, and what's more he was too much the British dandy in the part. In fact, I will go as far as to say I actually thought Timothy was even better than Sean in the role of Bond, that's how darn good he was. Timothy Dalton was a mega talent and one that was in my opinion underrated.

That Russian chick he had the baby with was an awful woman. She did not love Dalton, what she loved was his fame and money. She went after Mel Gibson for the same things. The difference was Mel didn't let her get away with her bullshit.

If you read about other actors, you'll the find the very same words about them and ...sometimes written by the same persons. More, and for me the worst of all, people don't worry if the actor can actually act as long as he is good looking! 😂😅
