I didn't even realise it was a fox, I thought it was a cat, lol. Fox makes a lot more sense in the setting of a shinto shrine as kitsune yokai (fox demigods) are a standard feature of Inari shrines, Inari being the kami/god of prosperity, agriculture, etc.

I don;t know why but when Japan advertise their version of Instagram/ Snapchat they made it more comforting and more positive with their app. They made it less obnoxious in this commercial. I made my own japanese ramen commercial: First we see a bowl of ramen soup. Then two dancers dressed as eiffel towers wearing scottish kilts jump into the soup and start dancing the "Can't Touch This" dance while singing "Naturträne" by Nina Hagen. Then in the last two seconds we find out, that it was actually a commercial for car insurance.
