Fun story about how ABC 3 completely changed me: I was at a resturaunt back in 2015 chilling on top of the playground slide like a cool kid so I could get a better view of the tv which had no sound and was on ABC 3. I was 10 at the time and staying up past 8.30 was something that I never did, but that fateful night we stayed at the restaurant past nine pm, and a show I had never seen with an artstyle so different came on. There was no sound, and I had no idea what the hell was happening. This guy with a sword was fighting a red guy with a sword while people watched and then this girl gets sliced and broken into pixels and then black sword guy stabs red sword guy they both die question mark? But then they’re in the sky and girl didn’t die and then this dude takes off his headset and walks out of the hospital with his life support as the credits roll. At the time, that had to of been the coolest thing I had seen on tv. 2 years later I decided to be a naughty boy and stayed up till 9 on a Friday night and that show came on. I quickly checked info, got its name, and found a website to watch it online. It was Sword Art Online. After I finished it, 12 year old me thought it was amazing, and under recommended on that website was Miss Kobayashi’s Dragon Maid. It spiralled from there, and here I am now, thanks ABC 3

In the Night Garden deals with some sort of serious space-time stuff. the Pinky Ponk (the airship, probably from the same manufacturer as the Nonky Nonk) is about the same size as Iggle Piggle's head, and the Tumby-loos look about a quarter of his and Upsy-Daisy's height; then you get on the Pinky Ponk and they're the same height! Then there's the Ponty-Pines that are the size of an actual penny compared to Iggle Piggle, then are properly sized for both the airship and train! Not to mention Iggle Piggle gets to the garden itself by a boat, but the forest garden has no shores in sight and the sea has no islands! There's some funky portal shit going on in that universe that you do NOT want to mess with.

For those of you freaks reading this who might want to know more about that part for Round the Twist where it said "birth (involving a male)" that episode is called "The Big Burp" and here is a rough summary: - The eldest son needs to pee but there's no toilet, but he’s at a park. - He pees on tree and awakens a tree spirit who he then starts dating I suppose? A very reasonable thing to do when peeing on a tree awakens a female tree spirit who looks your age. - She manifests in his bedroom one day to tell him they're having a child together. - He thinks he somehow got her pregnant, SURPRISE he's the pregnant one! - Rest of the episode goes over his pregnancy, and he goes into labour. - He gives birth by burping the baby up (hence the episode title). - End of the episode the family are at the same park and we see the same tree as earlier with a smaller tree next to it with the tree spirit and baby's faces imposed and colour graded green over the top. This show was weird and I'd argue this was the weirdest episode.
