Hasselhoff was huge in the German speaking countries in the late 80s and 90s (he sang on the Berlin wall for crying out loud :D), Nowitzki most probably grew up with Knight Rider and Baywatch like many of us here. Also, that song is amazing 😄.

The whole singing by Dirk was just a joke that he told to the media when, in the middle of the 06´ PO, was asked what was he thinking during his free throw routine. It was never true. The inside bending knees and his deep breath were actually his signature routine at the free throw stripe.

Do you know why a German is singing a David Hasselhoff song out of all things. When the Berlin wall was torn down, David Hasselhoff was there singing his new song "I have been looking for freedom". That's a fact look it up, I'm not kidding 😂

Can't remember who it was but in the 70s somebody in the old ABA used to shoot from the corner of the free throw line. Although not the same league in Puerto Rico Mario Morales used to jump shoot his free throws. Charlie Bermudez was left handed and he used to stand facing right as opposed to facing the basket.
@johnanderson9765 Жыл бұрын
Jump shooting free throws in the NBA was outlawed out of fear that someone could take off from the free throw line and make the shot like a layup or dunk.
@rexarthur263 жыл бұрын
Alonzo Mourning also has a routine whie shooting free throws.. he would use his right wrist band and tap it on his chin and forehead while holding the ball on his left hand before taking a shot...

Most of these men sold their soul so they can be in the NBA for the money, fame, especially the women. They may sacrifice their love ones (for example; MichaelJordan's gave up his dad) or pray/praises to the devil somehow by doing rituals, etc. You don't know what they do behind walls... that's the scary part. This is the truth.
