At four this morning hubby has gone away with his cousin for five days to Palms Nova. Bless him, he works so hard and unfortunately I’ve not helped recently by turning disabled. So he has alot to cope with. I’m going to enjoy it, watch what I want, starfish in the bed, and enjoy the peace and quiet. Beautiful castle, lovely friends. What a brilliant time.

14:09 I recently started going to the gym too, never cared about looking muscly/lean etc. But everyone said you just feel better for doing it, get the endorphins etc too and it’s true! Especially with weight training! Along with punching the crap out of a punch bag 😂👍

Good luck on your gym journey. Consistency and diet is key. I have a high metabolism and didn't make gains unless I ate a lot and healthily.

I Did archery Once And I Shocked the trainer. Loads of people had there go before me and all there arrows where blocking my Vision of the bulls eye. the first thing I said to the trainer was "If you think I'm going to hit the bulls eye you can think again". The First of the three arrows I had hit slap bang in the middle of the bulls eye and the other two weren't far from it.
