Yes it is durable and it can bring water for a life time. It's the materials used for building that we loose air strength, so in that case the machine drilled is more durable than the hand dug

We currently do deep and shallow wells within Uganda, shallow wells requires mobilization of four people and some tolls which may make the process costly in terms of cross border

How long does that water take to dry up???

The water may not dry out however you can pump it and wait to be refilled, refilling can be in a duration from 3 hours to 48 hours

How many meters is your well such that you can use a water pump? Or what size is your water pump?

A water pump can be used at any depth of the well, for less than 7 meters, a surface water pump can be used. For more than 7meters, a submersible water pump can be used. Size of pump depends on; actual depth, volume of water required per unit time (per day, hour, minute), delivery vertical and horizontal distance from the well to the delivery point.
