Hey! Usually only first print boxes get the box topper promos - Quints 2 got a couple reprints in JP so it’s likely you got a box from the reprint that did not come with the promos. So it was most likely just fine!

I heard Weiss has serialized cards. Is it possible for a set with serialized cards to have a wave 2? Once they sell out all the wave 1 boxes, no new boxes can have serialized cards correct? Or am I missing something?

Yeah the serials are something sort of new - it’s only been on sets that didn’t get signature SP cards (instead stamped designs) but there hasn’t been a reprint of a serial set but I would assume if they do there would be no additional serial cards included
