In April 2023, the N403 • N403 Stekene tot grens... zone border and Stekene was completely renewed and this is clear when cycling Stekeme area, my destination Sint-Niklaas market. Further on to Sint Niklaas there are several places with an old cycle path where you have to pay extra attention while cycling. Of course, the F411 bicycle highway is recommended to Sint Niklaas.
