Agree, govt should neuter/spay dogs + should hv built 2/3 places with open ground where these babies can live and play + it's govt responsibility to vaccinate every street dog on yearly basis for free and track them as India mei he rabies abhi tk eradicate nhi hua hai.

Take care of kaalu if possible keep her with u for 1 or 2 days. Few week back i went my native place and dog catcher took away our 3 colony dogs 2 of them we got them back but one is missing. So pls take care of kaalu. And lot's of love to dee baccha party and himalayan husky team ❤

The only solution for the dog problem in India is to limit their population by neutering the stray dogs. At least, you can start this process. A journey of a 1000 miles begins with a single step. So take that first step yourself in Pithoragarh. Everyone else will then get motivated.
