Liheang is now Lucky and Iron is Apollo. Right after they came back, Apollo was attacked and had a huge chunk of hair and skin bitten off of his head and his ear was nearly torn off. Yes they really do. People there steal baby monkeys to film on KZbin for money. When the monkey gets too big, they drop it off in the wild. The process then starts again with a new baby monkey.

When they can't control them at home anymore they are dumped, but not in the plain jungle, there are places near the temples full of dumped monkeys. And there are always people filming videos there. Former owners usually keep visiting them until they blend in or die attacked by other monkeys.

These baby monkeys were first poached from the wild. Normally the mother monkey is killed to get the baby. The younger the baby the better. They then torture and abuse these poor things by dressing them up in clothes (which restricts normal movement), putting diapers on them (which distorts the bone growth of the hips and legs), feeding them high sugar food (which rots the teeth), making them walk upright (which is very painful for monkeys). Some will remove the canine teeth so they can’t do a lot of damage if they bite, cut their tails off, castrate them, etc. some will out and out torture them (I.e. setting on fire, put them in ant beds, drowning them, cutting off limbs, etc.) And if the baby lives long enough to no longer bring in the money, they get dumped. They have no survival skills at all. Baby monkey Candy was a case. She couldn’t adapt to the wild life and another monkey killed her. There are times that the VOs will cause drama so they can get more views. It just goes on and on. Never give these abusers money. They are all scams.

Wouldn’t it be easier for the little beast to acclimate with ITs new playmates if you kept IT in the cage and maybe let 2 or 3 of similar aged locals into the cage with IT? Let them introduce themselves and you all get nice and comfy with each other. Maybe open the cage in an hour or two and watch the transformation!!!

Take it away and let them acclimate with the other animals properly! Him having that blanket is not going to help him in any way now that he’s in the “wild”. He needs to learn how to be a monkey, otherwise he’s gonna be just like crying azz Carlo who sat at that blanket all day and never learned a single thing on how to live in unison with the troop.
