Hi Mishal ! I've watched all of your videos and love your content! I specially liked the handcuffs video so i want to share a video idea with you ! Do an arresting challenge with handcuffs. Like one of you would immitate an officer while the other would be a suspect who has to be arrested and she'll resist her arrest. The goal is to get the suspect in handcuffs and take her to a room. The officer would first tell the suspect to freeze, she's under arrest. The suspect would raise her arms in the air pretending to cooperate. As soon as the officer tries to handcuff her hands behind her back she starts resisting and tries to run away. The officer then pins down the suspect on floor facing down and handcuffs her hands behind her back. Then she helps her to stand up and walk her down to another room while she struggles to escape. Then you switch roles. Each of you would get 5 minutes to complete the arrest ! You can do it in college uniform
