🌱 what is ASMR?🌱
ASMR, or Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response, is described as a tingly sensation or feeling that travels from the base of the scalp down the limbs and can manifest in different parts of the body. It causes a lovely, relaxing feeling to the people who experience it, as well as sometimes pleasant 'shivers', and can help with things like insomnia or trouble sleeping. It can occur in situations like hearing a particular sound or 'trigger', and many people experience varying degrees of the phenomenon. Not everyone who listens or watches ASMR videos experiences the sensation however! Some people utilize the sounds of a soothing voice or certain trigger(s) to help fall asleep or relax, without feeling the 'tingles'. It is a blossoming community online, whose main purpose is to bring tranquility and tingles to whoever enjoys it! ✧

suggestions: - packing for a day out & counting things in bags/crossing things off with inaudible whispers/unintelligble whispers -“tingle time” where you go around a circle and ask everyone’s favourite triggers & then demonstrate the triggers -soothing you to sleep after a big day at camp - story time around campfire with fire ambience noises & soft spoken/whispers - uh oh! it’s raining! indoor activities with rain ambience

Maybe a collab with another ASMRtsist as a 'guest ASMRtist'. Going through your bag/make up bag to check you have everything. A typical camp nighttime/morning routine. One of your eating/cooking you purely mouth sounds videos (I think you've done 2 of these and you said they were experiemental but I loved them) - to show the camper how to cook in ASMR. Cozy movie night with blankets and popcorn.

Y'know? I've never been to a camp b4. I'd absolutely love to go to this camp tho. Chillaxing during Summer is a must for me, I'm kinda prone to headaches when it's scorching hot outside. Every time I watch this video, the immersion breaks when I hear "I'm gonna make so much m-", then comes back when I leave the garage, then breaks again, then- Yup, unfortunately, this is not exactly how I see success xD That doesn't mean I don't like the video, otherwise why would I keep coming back to listen to it!
