How sure can one be that the lagoon is well built, since it is one of the few of its kind? It looks like the bottom is not very clean (seen at 0:16) and there are wrinkles at the bottom (seen at 0:37).

I went to check it out and honestly it's nothing special....you are paying 600 a month extra so this huge pool can be maintained. On top of that you have a highway in front of it. Way over rated....and the community is mediocre . Nucatee is the place to be 😁
