The official woman’s outfit, for the record, are oversized baggy pj pants, slip on foam sandles 2 sizes too big and a spaghetti strap tank. Under the tank, wear either a nasty-assed, beige bra with oversized straps or nothing at all. The rule of thumb is the more you need a bra, the less likely you should wear one. Hair should be worn either unwashed or styled haphazardly as if by small tornado. Bonus points awarded if those locks are a lovely hue of faded out electric blue or neon pink with 2+ months of dark roots visible.

Nice work Kyle. Decades of the Belleville Police has taken its toll on the city. My dear God, even at some of their high accident location intersections they do not even have traffic signals that comply with the regulations of the Highway Traffic Act. For separate left turn lanes they either need to have red and green arrow lights in the direction of the turn, OR if they choose to have solid colour signal lights for left turns, then they must have a sign beside the light which states "Left Turn Signal". Check Bell Blvd and North Front ........College and North Front. The left turn traffic signals do not comply with the law and therefore not enforceable. Until Belleville addresses the short comings of their police service, nothing will change in the city itself.

It breaks my heart to see what's happening in Belleville, as well as other Canadian cities. I grew up in Belleville in the 80s and early 90s. During that period there were three movie theatres, three dance clubs, many good bars that had busy dance floors on the weekends--and this is when the population was approximately 37,000. I see this trend in the other mid-size cities I've lived in since then. Not enough housing, not enough resources, not enough entertainment, it's a mess.
