This is my second year of the German set. Unlike so many talented JJ players, I was more interested in figuring out how to proceed in the game rather than focus on decorating from Day 1. I don't hate my Island themes but compared to yours and others I wish I had your talent! Your videos have been super helpful. Thanks!

Thank you for the lovely comment! There is quite the delicate balance between decorating and progressing in the game for sure, but possible! I worked on developing these 5 steps because I don’t have the natural talent that we see in others. But I still want a pretty island! These steps are actually shocking to me because they help me too, lol. I’m so glad my videos are helping you as well. Thanks for watching!

Well, I like the Germany set. Little hard to figure out how to work with it. I did use JJ youtube chanel to be my guide. Don't celebrate halloween, so there won't be much to get. I love cats, so the kitties and pumpkins will be it. Just wanted to ask a question. In your storage, some things have bows on them. Why is that?

When you win a prize but never place it on your island, it goes to your boat with a red bow on it. You can use them later to sell or place on your island for flowers. To do this, tap the red ‘x’ instead of the green check when the game prompts you to place the item. Hope that makes sense!
