i never get tired of saying this but, I love how Gary is always finding ways to stimulate Hao's brain and he does an amazing job keeping up with him. Hao is so advanced for a 3-year-old, his memory is beyond amazing, his comprehension skill and social skills are also incredible. I love seeing how Gary is always pushing his limits to accommodate Hao's needs and not once has he done anything that could deter Hao's learning

it's obvious that hao is really mature for his age, but he also has so much self control. other kids would jump at the opportunity to eat as much chocolate as they can (especially if they aren't usually allowed to), but hao is the one to tell his DAD to put it away.

Straight up results of good parenting, notice how Gary never overreacts to haoh, he always listens and speaks to him with respect, he never unnecessarily raises tension in situations where he wants to instruct haoh to do or not do something, and always gives him the respect and time to understand the explanation. When kids are erratic or exhibit low self control you can often observe that the parents conduct themselves to the opposite of these habits that Gary not only has, but is consistent with

I love how Gary always tries to find ways for him and hao to explore cooking together. It makes it easier for him to not only manage cooking for hao, but to also make it a fun way to play with hao. Gary goes beyond just parenting but finding ways for hao to explore new things

I actually love when Gary teases Haoh - he immediately consoles him after to let him know he's just joking, it's really cute to watch. And I seriously respect Gary for being so interactive with Haoh, I feel some dads on the show get exhausted with how energetic their kids can be (I would be too) but I appreciate how Gary tries to make a lot of the activities they do together very engaging for Haoh and he tries to match Haoh's energy level.

Most dads on this show, they have another day job so they feel tired sometimes. Gary is pretty much going on full-time parenting. Their life is bless as Gary can effort to do that. Haoh is a lucky child indeed.

It would be cool if the return of superman can bring in regular more diverse parents like interracial babies, black kids, kids with disabilities and so on specially since a lot of foreigners are living their/interested in Korea

Since in the current version of this show, the dads are all korean celebrities, then it depends on who they marry or just the randomness of life to get the diversity you mentioned. Perhaps they could make a version with international celebrity fathers, but getting people to move to korea for a tv show is hard. Or they could do a version with non-celebrity fathers. Some of these korean shows get rebooted in other countries, so maybe that would help increase the diversity of the cast. Its a good premise for a show and kids are cute all over the world.
