TRUFFLE MUSHROOM PASTA
Ingredients:
Shiitake mushroom
Portobello mushroom
Cream of mushroom soup
All purpose cream
Prosciutto
Parmesan cheese
White truffle oil
Fettuccine
Olive oil
Garlic
Salt
Pepper
Instructions:
Heat olive oil in a large pan.
Sauté garlic and mushrooms.
Add cream of mushroom, all purpose cream, salt and pepper.
Let it simmer.
Remove from heat and add truffle oil.
Add cooked pasta; toss until evenly coated.
Transfer to serving dish.
Add prosciutto and parmesan cheese.
Serve and enjoy.
LEMON BUTTER SALMON
Ingredients:
Salmon
Butter
Lemon
Garlic
Salt
Pepper
Instructions:
Season salmon on both sides with salt and pepper.
Squeeze lemon or add 2 tbsp lemon juice.
Heat a large pan over medium heat, add butter and garlic swirling and stirring frequently.
Add seasoned salmon and cook uncovered on the first side for 2-3 minutes until golden brown, then flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Serve and enjoy.
