Why, just why? C'mon man, saute the onions then add garlic/ginger/chilli's and cook until 'raw' smell dissipates, then add spices, after a min add tomato paste then tomatoes, saute till oil starts releasing from mixture, add chicken and saute a bit, add water and pressure cook it - done - tasty and nicely cooked. Finally, add coriander and serve.
