Hi, at the time of this video I was a CPT. However, it all depends on your unit /company to assign you to a certain bay or build.

Not sure. However, they do have different things you can sign up for to leave post or get your commander to sign a memo for you to leave post but there will be exceptions.

Yes, the building has a built in Air conditioning unit and these building’s are always cold due to the weather here in Kuwait
