@@Cony394 yeah but GT3 rules are a shame. Sound restrictions, can't be louder than 100dB. Even LMP2 is louder. Lambos and Corvettes got a revving limiter. Porsches got strictly silenced, no more scream... Ferraris and BMWs are turbocharged. LMP2 was pretty good back in the times between 2007 and 2013. I think in 2008, there was V10 LMP2 cars! Now, there are sixteen Gibson V8 engines with revving limiters. And the Oreca 07 has onside exhausts, making it hearable during ~2 seconds only, sounding like a "nyoon, nyoon" 16x 😂😓

@KitKitChanIsaac absolutely agree. The only way I feel they should stay is if there's multiple engine manufacturers running a spec Horsepower and the cars should be open top like the some of the earlier LMP cars, then you would have my attention.

It seems that there was a time when the Le Mans races had a special grandeur and glory, especially in the 90s, when legends like Mazda 787b, Mercedes Sauber, Jaguar XJR9, and CLK GTR showed their strength on the track, especially with the beautiful sound of the Mazda 787B that filled the entire track. And it was the best sound of a racing car in the world and it still is, but now hypercar and hybrid cars have a very ordinary sound and there is no mention of the excitement of the 90s.❤

​@DocHalliday lol....most of that was pre kids. Also, living in NW Indiana I'm pretty close to some good racetracks; Road America, Mid Ohio, and Indianapolis Motor Speedway. F1 was at Indy for a number of years, then they got Moto GP for several. Honestly, I haven't been to a race in 6 or 7 years. I'm going to Tenn. if that new track gets Moto GP, for sure.
