Am also hoping by Gods grace will be there in August. I have applied to them and hoping to get aid too. I will be at Växjö if all things go well. Even though I don't have the red light yet, I have already signed up for their buddy program. I don't want to feel like a ghost when I first arrive.

The buddy program is like the penpal kind of thing but this is a bit different. U apply, if u are lucky u get connected to a local student or volunteer, he/she will guild or support you when u first arrive in Sweden. Maybe pick u from airport, socializing and other stuffs, it all depends on what both of u agree to do with ur time.
