I visited livingstone back in 2010 I had a retired uncle there living on his own he worked there and he liked it due to being quite as all of us and the rest of the relatives for living in the North West of England it was difficult to keep an eye on him then he fell quite ill and had to leave livingstone to move to England with us he became very depressed on leaving livingstone for him it was like everything and it was harsh we did alot of explaining that u can't live there on your own and u have retired we will look after you

Really just the same as most towns. There are bad areas and good areas. Take this vid a pinch of salt. Livingston was built back in 1964 so of course some of the places may be worn down but that doesn't mean it's bad actually that's some history 2.
