I've also been playing MW3 lately. While I like the way omni-movement feels (when it isn't making me dive backwards instead of proning behind cover 😂) MW3 was solid and has better maps, connection, and far less hackers than BO6. I never ended up getting the camos before because I only played MP on the free weekend so I keep going back and doing that and it has been really chill. PC game pass has been a blessing.

Omni movement is just movement slop, if you wanna play a movement shooter I would play bo3 or titan fall

I heard some people say that the reason black ops 6 has worse performance is because since it’s been in development for so long it’s developed on an older branch of the engine. The modern warfare 3 version of the engine is apparently newer and thus better optimized.

Definetly gonna come back to MW3… I played both ColdWar (as most of my friends have it) and BO6 (due to gamepass on Xbox) but it seems that MW3 is the winner here due to gameplay mechanics and how used I am with it. Props to Cold War for Zombies (although I like MW3Z too). Maps are excellent in MW3 but I’m dissapointed that they’ve stoped ranked 😢

MW3 has some server issues but overall the game is much more refreshing tbh, personally I loved MW3 throughout its cycle yeah I got a bit tired at the start of S6 but that’s because I basically played almost everyday, loved Warzone Resurgence, Loved the Multiplayer and the small events that gave us some cool camos, I had about 1k+ hours on this got both Interstellar and Borealis, manage to get level 1250 before BO6 released I think a few weeks, was great and still is since I’m still playing mostly S&D

MW3 was great. The MP was on point. Yes the campaign was literally the worst. Mostly Warzone maps with cutscenes. MW Zombies was OK. But fun enough. Damn handy to get a new weapon maxed out so quickly. BO6 experience is not too bad though, I've had fun with the round based classic mode's return. I was sad when MW3's life cycle was ending. Thinking BO6 is not going to measure up. But I did not mind the movement in BO6. However, the look, feel, weapons, customization, gameplay. I always felt it simply wasn't measuring up to MW3. I got used to it very quickly, loved the beta release and probably until Warzone was integrated, then it seemed to fall into a clump of shit. Have to agree, how under-optimized and how much more demanding BO6 is. MW3 will run fine on my old rig. BO6, I have to turn everything down. Even though it's the same engine, (and I have it on Battle Net).... Actually? It's going back a few steps, minus the omni movement, which was a great edition. All the tweaks Sledgehammer integrated, were lost. This is a problem with an annual release, with thee studio starting from scratch. Sledgehammer did a phenomenal job, optimizing, maintaining and adding new content into MW3, you can't deny that. Maybe they need to work on BO6 to get it right ;). Recently, as the BO6 servers, net code, hit register, has been terrible. I changed back to MW3 and have enjoyed going back to the builds I spent so much time with and glad it is still alive, also while witnessing a decent MP experience, once again. Unfortunately the AU servers, it's not no longer just BO6. MW3 lately? It's having its issues as well, at least in the last week or so. I just wish they would address the issues the servers have here in Australia, as it's really bad and they are not being addressed.

Modern Warfare 2019 3.0 (made in 9 months) > BO 6 (made in 4 years) Havent played a cod since Modern Doorfare 2019 cause it killed the franchise for me with EOMM and so on. Played Modern Warfare 2019 3.0 a month after it got on gamepass and I actually had fun. BO6 is just... I have no words for it. Worse graphics, worse servers, worse hitreg/netcode, even more microtransactions. At this point just frick em. They already lost almost 60% of their playerbase on Steam and its propably looking similar on other platforms. The numbers I would really like to see are the gamepass numbers. I would guess they already lost over 80% of players there, cause everybody tried the game and got off so fast. But I guess we get an "anticheat" for season 2 xD

Been playing mw3 instead of the crap fest that is bo6. Matches aren’t as sweaty, no obnoxious Omni movement, but most importantly good maps and stuff to grind for. Like we even get a parkour game mode.
