It doesn't look like there is a shortage of food in the water for the birds to choose from. How fascinating to see such a variety! Have a wonderful day!😊❤

Yes Derek, the creek is full of fish and Asian swamp eels. As the dry season creeps in, the water levels & fish life dry up too. Then the birds will move on. But it's great right now for them & for my encounters with them. Thank you for your awesome expressions. May You all have a super-fine weekend !! 🤩❤🦋🐝

Soon, it will all e gone with the over-run of the pythons/boas and iguanas that don't belong. They are killing the eco system.
@myfloridaourplanet.4444 күн бұрын
It is true nina that constrictor snakes & iguanas are causing severe damage to the balance of the eco-system. That is just the tip of the iceberg. Invasive species of fish, eels and plants are also wrecking havoc on Florida's natural environment. But alas, the greatest threat is humankind. With development decimating this state, the impact on wild animal species is detrimental. I am keen on bringing awareness to the plight of my beloved State but focus more on the positive side of the beauty and wonder of what I am blessed to observe as well as the hope that all things will one day be fully restored. Thank you for watching & for leaving your thought-provoking expressions. 🙏🕊🦋
