Sorry. I have lived here for 32 years and the town is now a complete dump with many locals boycotting the town centre and shopping in Rushden Lakes, Milton Keynes or Market Harborough. The Council have ruined the place. It could have been so different. Read local author, Alan Moore's( of "V for Vendetta fame) excellent mixed-genre novel, "Jerusalem", for a history of the town and the reasons for its decline.
