This one is the family house, the main one, parents live here! That one with red-brown was abandoned, Luba's grandpa lived there and it's far away from us, we are trying to care it, but nobody lives there, it's not suitable for the winter time..

Jack's a star today. Jack opened the door and went out to be play. He couldn't get the ball and whined, he was sad. But Luba helped and made him glad. Lovely video Pablo! ❤

Simple, stick to the signed agreements with Russia and Europe. Before ww1 Ukraine was Russia. After the wars Russia Europe US and Ukraine signed an agreement that all countries would strive to the independence of Ukraine. Ukraine would be a buffer country between NATO countries and Russia. However, the EU committed a coop in 2014 which led to A EU president in Ukraine with the goal to make Ukrain part of NATO and the EU. Besides that also they suppressed Russian minorities in Ukraine not letting them speak there language etc The war is over if the Ukraine government apologized and commits to be a buffer countrie as it was agreed on. Easy.

House looks great Pavlo. Jack has grown fast. We have a new German Shepherd pup, she is now 5 months old and also growing fast. We lost our other Shepherd, Bruce to old age earlier this year. And yes being young, full of life. Anyway you all take care.

The house looks great! The stepping stones look really good. I like those. We laid some years ago for part of the driveway. It was hard work and very time comsuming. But worth it in the end. Beautiful weather and leaves before the winter sets in.

I like the house color, and I really like the pavers a lot. Looks very cozy. Jack is one big dog! Having farm plots of land is good. You can trade vegetables with neighbors that grew something else.

My Shepherd learned how to open the yard gate and I had to put a latch higher up as he's never forgot 😂. Jack will always know he can open doors now. 😊

Hey Pavlo, I'm an architect in the US and you definitely did the right thing by adding the insulation on the exterior side. Here we call it "continuous insulation" and as you applied a "synthetic plaster" finish it's a great way to make it look new again. My interest in Ukraine is because my fiance is there in Odesa. I just saw her in Thessaloniki Greece in last weeks of August. I hope to see her again in the Spring or Summer next year in Portugal then bring her back to the US where we will be married. However, in my trips to Ukraine before the war, I loved Odesa, and all the countryside places we traveled. I especially love Volkovo and the river waterways. I would like to live there but it seems the war now prohibits me from coming. Anyway, if you need any advice on your next construction improvement, feel free to reach out to me. Great job on the house insulation and stucco coating. The neighbors will be envious ! Jack reminds me of a G. Shepard my aunt once had . As you walked into the driveway the dog would run to greet you and jump up on you with force enough to knock you down. It was one of many dogs that her and my uncle raised to sell. This was the only one that couldn't be trained like the others but it sadly ? got killed by a car. Your weather so far looks very similar to Nova Scotia, Canada. Nice to own great farming land even though not in your back yard. Your homestead looks very cozy with all the work you & Luba did. 👍👍👍👍🙏🏻❤

You should clean your cables ends from your battery to your starter. Sometimes they get rusty and it makes a bad connection Take like a sand paper and clean the rust off
