The quality of your products is good, yes, but unfortunately the installation of the limbs at your branchs needs more care from you. Training the installation specialist is an important thing, unfortunately I tried the installation at two of your branches, inside and outside Germany, but unfortunately the specialists lack mastery of alignment. I understand that there may be some slight deviations, but what I had in my experiences with you, unfortunately, was a very big deviation. But I salute the specialist Walid at Berlin company’s branch . He is a very respectful person and very good at his job. My regards to him and I hope that you work on this problem more. My regards
