Gorge du Verdon, is the largest canyon in Europe, a great place for hiking, climbing, kayaking, boating & all other water sports, and feels like welcome to paradise. In this video, we are going to Verdon after a long gap and we had loads of fun.
It was formed by the Verdon River, which is named for its turquoise-green color. The gorge is very popular with tourists, who can drive around its rim, rent kayaks to travel on the river, or hike. The limestone walls, which are several hundreds of meters high, attract many rock climbers. The Gorges du Verdon are to be seen at least once in your life! And for several reasons. First, this 50 km long canyon, located in the Verdon Regional Natural Park, is one of the deepest & biggest in Europe with a height of up to 750 meters! Second, the scenery and the color of the water are simply sublime.
