For sure but in Star Wars, the clone wars movie Obi-Wan Kenobi, surrendered first Anakin Skywalker probably learned it from him. But clearly Star Wars galaxy doesn’t have a the Geneva convention, even though they did have a laws similar that were never enforced. Honestly the amount of bullshit they get away with because they’re light saber wielding space wizards reminds me of a video game I play called destiny 2 it’s full of bull shit yet I still play it. 😂

Dudeee...Hardcase has been around for more than "1 arc". He's literally from the OG Torrent Company. He accompanied Rex and Jessie when they went to Cut's farmstead.
