Welcome to the FREE coaching course: Dealing with Red Circumstances

This programme is a six-week course that helps you develop resilience and antifragility.
It is a structured course that introduces you to new concepts and practices that will help you understand what resilience really is and why it is not enough to deal with difficult situations.
Each week we have a live hourly lesson via zoom. All participants need to have registered on the course as students. This helps them gain access to the learning material that accompanies the live classes.
