We emphasize that there is no method or path to this liberation and it can only happen through a natural and involuntary process.
We emphasize that the only way to live a fulfilling life is to be fully present in the moment and to embrace the uncertainties of existence.

Nothingness (no self image, no thoughts) is really peaceful and joyous, seems to me. I mean, what a relief to not have the mental expenditure of trying to becoming somebody. It does indeed seem like the truth but I find it neither cold, nor hard. That being said, I wonder if the seemingly frustrated tone in this video is because the mind has realized its own emptiness but hasn't yet returned to its origin, which is the heart. There is an innocence and happiness in the heart that is foreign to the mind... even to the empty mind. Simple joy, like a baby or a dog. Total vulnerability and softness, femininity. Seems like that's missing here. All yang, no yin... just like UG. Unbalanced. “Truly I tell you, unless you change and become like little children, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven."
