Chucky not all Black people dislike dogs and cats and/or mistreat them. Dogs and cats are great pets as well as great stress relievers. Treat them well and they love you unconditionally and don't judge you. Your statement came across as a blanket statement. There are people from all walks of life who wouldn't allow their cats on their beds but there are also people from all walks of life who would/do.
