Welcome to the Machine Remix - Ecco the Dolphin Fan OST

This song was long believed to be lost media, however I happened to have saved it nearly a decade back. It wasn’t until recently on doing research about it that I learned it was lost.
This is most definitely a Fan Remix, and I recall it being the only song the person did. I lack any other information though so I don’t know who created it or what for.
