Very nice. Definitely good having more space Ben: mark out bays on the floor 😂 And don't bother building something. Get a container office. Decent ones will have toilet/shower and kitchen build into them so would just need to be hooked up which is a lot easier then permanent structure

Timothy, what with your new HQ being so big and the land around it, just a thought 🤔 You could have your own diesel pump fitted, then that way you can keep topped up for last minute jobs etc. Have a diesel tank put in the ground 🤔

I really like your new unit and it's more than big enough for you and Ben to do anything with all the truck's you have got, and you definitely need to get Scania R4 series painted and fixed up because you have done nothing to the Scania R4 series in 12 months or more now and the other projects definitely need to be done aswell... And also that new unit definitely needs to sorted out with workshop equipment so Ben can get everything done on all the trucks you have got to be totally finished aswell... And you definitely need to get going with your truck business and keep your wife Helen happy without any worrying about your truck business.... And Helen definitely needs a office in the new unit... That new unit has got plenty of space for having new or secondhand trailers for all types of jobs you need to do for your future and your family without messing around to much... But a great KZbin video and keep up the great work and keep your KZbin videos coming out on the jobs you are doing and your new unit aswell... And definitely get those other trucks sorted out you have got and let Ben do what he knows best to get the other trucks all fixed up and working properly... I think for what you do you would be better getting portable lifts so that you can move the lifts to wherever you wish it to be. makes your life easier than blocking a space in the workshop

You could build a frame inside then have a mezzanine floor and if you make it out of scaffolding and not fixed to building you don't have to pay the extra rates!.
