I really hope Sullin got fluent in Korean quickly, just can imagine how hard it would be work overseas with a communication barrier. I genuinely surprised she talks in english in front of camera...damn. I often heard about foreign idols stories who spent their days in struggle because they can't talk and communicate properly and needs to be good at it asap while in trainee period (before debut), but Sullin is very interesting case here... she debuted but she's not fluent yet, really really challenging situation

I honestly think she’ll be fine 🥹🥹and look forward to her speaking a year from now. Also it seems like the English Speaking members translate/ explain for her. Even the K and J members try to talk slower around her which is so nice. I hope she doesn’t feel isolated. I see her being close with Jiwoo and Joobin in the near future

​@@kayliawilson8842 I'm not worried about her dorm life, I mean with 23 members around her, for sure she will feel comfortable as all of members are nice girls. BUT, I'm talking about business and profesional side of things. Like for example, I've seen a fan cam yesterday where she greet fans oustide music show (with some members), she literally needs a manager to rely on communication with fans, in a way that's kinda frustrating to see, she needs to talk to manager first to do the translation to understand what fans said to her and what fans wants her to do. She will surely needs to catch up, but I don't worried if we talking about future as it seems like she's a very smart girl, she would mastering Korean in the future. But as of now...I'm not gonna lie it looks kinda frustrating to see, she wants to say a lot but can't talk it properly. So it looks awkward for korean fans face to face with her, but I think K-fans in general are welcoming her nicely so it's good to see.

She must be very strong and determined. It must be so hard trying to literally communicate and establish relationships with people around you when you can’t really speak the same language. I sincerely hope they are taking excellent care of her and that she feels welcome. Must be hard seeing all the other girls talking to each other all the time. I would naturally feel excluded. I hope it’s not the case and damn I 200% respect her for chasing her dreams. Absolutely admirable.

Ok I learned something about cameras. Looking up ND (at 1:48) it stands for Neutral Density Filter. It's used to limit the amount of light that is able to reach your camera's sensor, instead of using a smaller lens opening (aperture or F-stop). Allows the use of wide apertures like f/2.8 in bright environments. This will give you a much shallower depth of field (to blur the background). And there you have it.
